It’s not a motivational blog. It’s my life experience. I was afraid to do everything. I used to think a lot before doing anything. I would tremble because so much fear was inside me. Then I started meditating every day at 4 o’clock. In the beginning, I felt lazy, but as the days passed, I started to feel positive. Daily meditation relaxes the mind and enhances frontal lobe thinking.
Perspective on everything
You start to see everything in a positive light. You no longer compare yourself to others. You try to take everything positively. Even when things don’t go your way, you don’t get discouraged. You believe that someone is looking out for your best interests. You trust that God has a greater plan and that whatever is happening will be good for you.
I would like to explain this with a simple story.
There was a king who was going hunting. Before leaving, he accidentally cut his finger with a knife, and it started bleeding. His minister said, “Whatever happens, happens for the good.” Hearing this, the king became very angry & put the minister in jail. After that, the king went out hunting.
While hunting, the king got separated from his soldiers. At that moment, a lion attacked him. However, when the lion saw that the king’s finger was cut, it left him and went away. The king was saved.
When the king returned to the palace, he immediately released the minister from jail and apologized. The minister again said, “Whatever happens is for the good.”
The king replied, “It was good that the lion didn’t eat me because my finger was cut, but what good came from putting you in jail?”
The minister answered, “If you had not put me in jail, I would have gone hunting with you, and the lion would have eaten me instead.”
Interaction
Whenever you talk to someone, you may hesitate at first. You think about how they will speak to you and what response they will give. You overthink everything. However, when you start meditating, meditation increases positive energy within you. It gives you positive thoughts about communicating with others and improves how you interact with people. It also builds self-confidence.
Earlier, we used to think that other people were better than us. No matter how talented we were, we believed they would see us as weak and give up on us. But when we start working on ourselves, we realize that we can do things better than others. When this happens, a feeling of pride can arise, and we may start considering ourselves superior. Meditation gives us the willpower to control these feelings and fight such thoughts in our lives.
Meditation brings out positive qualities within us that we were not even aware of. That is why we should meditate daily. The positivity that reflects on our face and body has a positive impact on the people around us. Meditation can change our entire life.
Meditation gives us the peace that many young people today try to find through smoking, drinking, or drugs. It leads us toward a kind of peace that no object in this world and no human being can give.
When I spoke to some religious people about this, they advised me to read religious and informative books. These books can improve my personality and inspire me to make my life better.
